Tracy Dolgin, a 30-year media veteran, joined the YES Network as President and CEO in September 2004, and was named Non-Executive Chairman of YES on June 1, 2016. He transitioned from Non-Executive Chairman to Board Member in January 2017. YES is the exclusive local television home of the 27-time World Champion New York Yankees, the Brooklyn Nets, and the New York City Football Club of MLS.

Prior to joining YES Network, Dolgin served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Media, Sports and Entertainment practice in 2003 and 2004.

Earlier, Dolgin was President of FOX Sports Net from 2000 through 2003. While there, Dolgin also managed the FOX owned-and-operated regional sports networks and FOXSports.com, and oversaw several strategic relationships with sister division FOX Sports, including the creation and development of FOX Sports Radio, FOX Sports Bar & Grilles and FOX Sports Interactive.

Dolgin came to FOX Sports Net from FOX/Liberty Cable, where he was Chief Operating Officer from 1997-1999. Prior to joining FOX/Liberty, Dolgin was one of the founders of FOX Sports and served as Executive Vice President of Marketing at FOX Sports from the division’s inception in 1993 until 1997. Dolgin came to FOX Sports from the FOX Broadcasting Company, where he was Executive Vice President of Marketing since 1992, managing all FOX marketing activities.

Before joining FOX, Dolgin was Senior Vice President of Marketing at HBO Video from 1986 to 1992, and began his career at General Foods in product management from 1983-1986. He received a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations (ILR) from Cornell University in 1981 and an MBA from Stanford University in 1983.

Throughout his career, Dolgin has earned many industry accolades, including several Emmys, Clios and Worldwide Cannes Awards. While at YES, he has been named one of Sports Business Journal magazine’s “50 Most Influential People in Sports Business” (the only executive from an RSN ever named to the list), and he was named “Marketer of the Year” by Advertising Age magazine while at FOX. In March 2012, Dolgin received the Alpern Award for lifetime achievement from Cornell University’s ILR School. In 2013, Dolgin was honored by the Union Settlement Association, an organization providing services to the people of East Harlem, New York.
