Colin Neville is a Managing Director at Raine and joined the firm at its inception in 2009. Colin works on assignments across Raine’s verticals in addition to helping lead Raine’s sports advisory and principal investing platforms. While at Raine, Colin has worked on a variety of assignments including the sale of the UFC to WME-IMG, City Football Group’s sale of a minority interest to China Media Capital, Steve Ballmer’s purchase of the Los Angeles Clippers, Flash Entertainment’s purchase of a minority stake in the UFC, Current TV’s sale to Al Jazeera, M&A opportunities across the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Premier League, and a variety of corporate assignments with media conglomerates and emerging growth companies. On the principal side of the business, Colin helped lead Raine’s investments in Olo, DraftKings, Zumba Fitness and Jagex. Colin is on the board of directors of Olo and Beachbody and an observer on the board of directors of DraftKings and Zumba Fitness, all Raine portfolio companies.
In 2016 Sports Business Journal named Colin a recipient of its Forty Under 40 Award. In 2015 the M&A Advisor recognized Colin as a 40 Under 40 Emerging Leader in the Dealmaker Category.
Prior to joining Raine, Colin worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch with a focus on TMT.
Colin has a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University and is a former Division 1 athlete.
